A Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Supervisor, Gina is the director and co-owner (with her husband, Byron) of 3rd Street Therapies, where she holds her private practice and heads a community of mental health therapists, massage therapists, and other services committed to healing such as art, movement, yoga, and healing prayer. Gina works with individuals and couples and supervises therapists, and her areas of special focus and training include: sexual abuse issues, complex trauma, ritual abuse, and dissociative disorders. She is trained in EMDR, Lifespan Integration, and CIMBS. She is a member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation as well as the Christian Association for Psychological Studies.

During their 36 years of marriage, ministry in the local church has been an important part of daily life as Byron is a Pastor of Student Ministries and Missions. Gina supports and is a committed member of the Worship Team. Singing, playing guitar, ballet, cooking, nature, spending time with her four grown children (plus spouses), and Byron are among her favorite things. “Fridays with the G-rents” is the highlight as they spend their Fridays with grandbabies.
