Aaron Swanson

Aaron Swanson serves as the Accounting Manager where he helps with day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budget development and oversight, as well as grant accounting and compliance.

After experiencing significant healing through people who had been shaped by The Seattle School and the Allender Center, Aaron seeks to use his accounting skills for the growth, sustainability, and reach of our mission. He enjoys working in and contributing to the school’s culture of kindness and care.

Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration, and he is also a licensed CPA. In addition, he’s completed Narrative Focused Trauma Care Level I training with The Allender Center.

When he’s not managing accounts for The Seattle School, Aaron enjoys outside activities such as camping, hiking, and kayaking. He also enjoys travel, history, and learning about places and cultures. After growing up outside of Philadelphia and south Jersey, the Jersey Shore remains close to his heart. Aaron and his wife recently relocated to Seattle, and are looking forward to settling in a new city.
