Building on years of experience as a seasoned leader and executive, along with expertise in Organizational Psychology and Organizational Development, he holds a deep conviction that the key to success in any organization is to identify, develop, and strengthen the abilities of people to help them unleash their full potential.

Dana has a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis on Organizational Psychology and the Development of Human Potential from the University of Southern California, an MA in Counseling Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a BS in Business Administration majoring in Communications from Babson College. Dana is an ordained minister and plays piano and keys on the worship team at church. In his free time, Dana loves spending quality time with family and friends. As a pilot who has a lifelong fascination with airplanes and travel, he looks forward just as much to the flight as to the destination. He enjoys serving others by chairing two nonprofit boards, and mentoring pastors and church leaders.
