Sarah Brown, LMHCA
Sarah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Seattle, WA. She received a Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2018. Originally from the Atlanta, GA area, Sarah received a Masters in Medical Science from Emory University in 2011 and she continues to practice as both a therapist and a physicians assistant.
Sarah was drawn toward the trainings of The Allender Center after volunteering in a safe-home for trafficked women and providing lay counseling in her communities. She believes that not only the training, but also the relational care she has received from The Allender Center has been pivotal in her personal and professional development. Sarah specializes in working within the complexities of childhood abuse, spiritual abuse, relational trauma, and with domestic violence survivors. You can learn more about her work here
Sarah considers herself an adventurer, traveler, and artist. She enjoys being in the water or in the mountains, and delights in finding beauty and humor in the small moments of life.
