Sunny Simon, MA

Sunny Jansma (she/her) graduated from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology with an MA in Counseling and Psychology in 2019. She served as Anamchara Facilitator in her last two years at the red brick building.

After graduation, Sunny spent the last two years of the pandemic as a Clinical Therapist at Fairfax Behavioral Hospital in Kirkland, Washington in their Outpatient Program. She led groups of up to twelve patients in both the Partial Hospitalization Program and the Intensive Outpatient Program during that time. In these roles, Sunny has the opportunity to connect and work with a wide range of people experiencing a variety of acute situations.

She is a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA) in the state of Washington.

Sunny recently moved to Port Orchard, Washington. She is now beginning her private practice in the Silverdale/Bremerton/Port Orchard areas.
