Shannon Eckmann, MA

Shannon Eckmann worked for 16 years in higher education where she held administrative positions in student development and enrollment as well as taught in the Social Sciences department. In addition to her role as Board Chair of The Seattle School, Shannon continues to serve as an Executive Coach for Building Champions, a boutique executive coaching and leadership development firm. During her tenure at Building Champions, Shannon has led several key initiatives and held the position of Director of Operations. Resourceful and supportive, Shannon has a track record of guiding operations and leaders within the non-profit and corporate environments.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Portland State University and her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from George Fox University. In her free time, Shannon enjoys mentoring, spending quality time with her family, and planning her next winery adventure.
