Suzanne Aultman, PE, MS, MACP

Suzanne Aultman is the Vice President of Engineering for Metromont, a precast/prestressed concrete company, where she has worked for 21 years. She earned her BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and her MA in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2016.

Suzanne is a licensed professional engineer in nineteen states, and she is heavily involved in many technical institutes and engineering societies. She has been an Adjunct Professor at Clemson University teaching Prestressed Concrete Design. Suzanne serves on the External Advisory Board for Clemson University’s School of Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Earth Sciences.

Suzanne has used her engineering skills to serve with Engineering Ministries International in India, Guatemala, and Jordan to provide design assistance to ensure safe and quality structures built with local materials. She has spent many years mentoring and coaching college students and young adults in all areas of life through various organizations. As part of her counseling degree, she volunteered as a counseling intern at Northwest University.

Suzanne enjoys traveling, gardening, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends. She enjoys discovering the ways in which engineering and counseling realms overlap in life. Bringing people together and connecting ideas are some of her passions. She regularly stresses the importance of allowing ourselves and others to be human in the midst of the corporate world and its demands.
