Sacred Body Yoga

As we seek contact with our full selves, each of us is finding our way home to our bodies. Jenny Wade, LMHC, uses a blend of meditation, yoga, and therapeutic awareness to help students feel grounded in the midst of disruption. Join her in this Lenten season for the first in a series of classes she will offer on campus. This is a beginner friendly class, and ALL bodies are welcomed. Space is limited—please email Jenny to reserve your spot: jenny@havenyogaseattle.com. Suggested donation for participation is $5–10 per class, but do not let limited funds get in the way of attending.
