Center for Transforming Engagement

 

We live in a fragmenting society, in what feels like a constant-crisis world that is plagued by epidemics of misinformation and widespread mistrust of societal institutions. The eroding of our social cohesion is a significant indicator of our spiritual and social well-being.

Our vision is to build the capacity of congregations and Christian organizations to combine the Christian values of faith, hope, and love while applying the tools of the social sciences to develop social cohesion and rebuild communities. We envision a future with more good leaders — people who model and facilitate kind interactions and healthy conflicts to build trusting teams that are able to attain outcomes for the good of the organization, the community, and the ecosystem.

We hope you’ll join us to learn how you can be part of transforming relationships for personal, social, and ecological resilience.
