Jenny Wade shares how her journey of learning to inhabit her body in a new, life-giving way informs her sense of vocation.
Jenny Wade received her MA in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School in 2013. Throughout her career, Jenny has focused on the intersection of body, mind, and heart. She is particularly passionate about body image, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, and somatic healing. She is the owner of Haven, where she sees clients in her private practice in Greenlake, and regularly hosts therapeutic yoga classes and workshops throughout the city. When she’s not working, she can be found cooking and sharing delicious meals, appreciating stories both written and spoken, practicing yoga, and enjoying family time with her hilarious husband Ben and mischievous cat Juniper.
