Steve Wolff

A native Oregonian, Steve started out studying Marine Biology.  After a time in graduate school and varied jobs, he made his way to the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. Since graduating, he has served rural churches in Idaho, county seat churches in Oregon, and a downtown church in Beaverton. For the last 10 years, he has worked with cooperative ministries, first as founding pastor of the Northeast Oregon Cooperative Parish and currently working with the Tillamook County Methodists United Co-op. He is also the principal of the New Circuit Riders project, offering Communities of Practice to Lay Pastors serving as congregational leaders. For the future, he is transitioning from congregational leadership to coaching teams in nonprofits and churches. He is a single parent of two children and is now officially the story-telling grandpa.
