(S)ending Branding and Website Design Workshop

In this (S)ending Workshop, Lacy Clark Ellman (MATC, ‘12) draws from her work in web and graphic design, as well as her experience as a spiritual director, to guide you through the process of conceptualizing the soul of your business, organization, or private practice in order to develop and clearly communicate your brand to your target audience. In addition, she’ll offer you practical advice on the best DIY approaches to building a website and logos, and how to know when you need to hire professional help. Whether you are just beginning to imagine how to build a business or private practice, or if you already have a website but want some help fine-tuning your designs, Lacy will offer resources to help you launch into the world of print and web design.

About (S)ending

(S)ending is a season of gatherings, workshops, and rituals designed to support graduating students through the transition of becoming alumni. Students are invited to reflect upon the many gifts, skills, and abilities that they already possess; remember the stories, significant moments, and community that have brought them to this place; and begin to identify what is needed for the journey ahead. Alumni from a variety of vocational contexts return to facilitate workshops offering practical tips, portfolio and network-building skills, as well as offer space to listen for what is seeking to emerge through this particular journey of transition.
