Disability Accommodations

Belonging is foundational to the student experience at The Seattle School. We are committed to making sure every member of our learning community has the support and resources needed to fully engage and thrive. Guided by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504, we offer reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities, so you can participate in every aspect of your educational journey. How to Request Accommodations

We encourage you to start this process as early as possible, ideally at least four weeks before your first academic term. However, you can reach out at any time—your needs matter, no matter where you are in your program.

Documentation & Confidentiality

We require documentation from a qualified healthcare or learning assessment professional describing how your disability affects you academically and the support you need. If you don’t have current documentation, don’t let that delay your conversation with us—we’ll work with you to gather what’s needed. All healthcare information is kept private and confidential.
