Jeanette White, MA

Jeanette White serves as Executive Director of The Allender Center at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, where she provides strategic leadership for the Center’s vision, programs, operations, partnerships, and long-term growth. Since joining The Seattle School in 2010, Jeanette has served in a variety of leadership roles, beginning in event management before overseeing the Center’s training programs and ultimately stepping into executive leadership. She works closely with an exceptional team to steward the future of Narrative Focused Trauma Care (NFTC), expand the Center’s impact, and cultivate a sustainable legacy for generations to come.

Jeanette first encountered Dan Allender’s work as a graduate student at The Seattle School, where she discovered a deeply transformative way of understanding story, trauma, and healing. That experience continues to shape both her leadership and her passion for making this work accessible to individuals, caregivers, ministry leaders, and mental health professionals around the world. What continues to inspire Jeanette most is witnessing the profound transformation that takes place when people courageously engage their stories in a compassionate community. She believes the work of the Allender Center offers not only healing for individuals, but also a paradigm-shifting way of understanding people, relationships, and the world—one that she is honored to help steward into the future.

Outside of work, Jeanette enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, traveling, and finding moments of rest and beauty in the Pacific Northwest.
