Cheryl Goodwin, MLS

Cheryl Goodwin joined The Seattle School in 2006 as the Library Director, assumed the Director of Institutional Assessment responsibilities in 2009. Cheryl recently transitioned to a part-time consulting role for the library and accreditation as she edges into retirement.

Prior to coming to The Seattle School, Cheryl spent 24 years as a medical librarian, where she was actively involved in local and regional professional associations. Cheryl received her BA in History (1979) from the University of California San Diego and her Master’s in Librarianship (1982) from the University of Washington.

Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her husband (Paul), adult daughters (Megan and Mary), son-law (Brian), and her two wonderful granddaughters, Penelope and Nora. Cheryl and Paul love to travel and have several trips planned in the next year (New England, Hawaii, Ireland, and Egypt).
