Shauna Gauthier, MA
Shauna Gauthier first came to The Seattle School as a student where she graduated in 2010 with an MA in Counseling Psychology. Following graduation, Shauna returned to the Denver Metro area where she worked bi-vocationally as a private practice therapist and a program manager for a nonprofit international development organization assisting widowed women and children in Uganda with agricultural development initiatives and psychosocial services. Shortly after her return to Colorado, Shauna also partnered with The Seattle School to launch the Colorado Alumni Chapter serving as one of the school’s first chapter facilitators. A family relocation back to the Seattle area afforded Shauna the opportunity to continue her work with The Seattle School, where she currently serves as the Alumni Outreach Coordinator.
Shauna enjoys occasionally blogging at LittleWomenRising.com and speaking about the intersections of motherhood, feminism, and faith as she catalogues her own journey raising four fierce daughters alongside her husband of nearly 20 years.
