Clay Clayton

Since 2019, Clay Clayton has served The Seattle School as an Admissions Counselor for the graduate school and Allender Center programs. Passionate about mentoring prospective students and learners through the decisions of graduate study, he loves engaging and offering solutions to deep desires.

With more than thirty-five years of sales and marketing experience, Clay has worked and lived in a variety of contexts. He is a specialist in building relationships and partnerships that add tremendous value to organizations. Currently, he is also pursuing graduate studies in global management.

A musician, singer, and lover of family, Clay is deeply interested in other cultures and languages, art, and music. He longs for adventure and learns from everyone he meets. Originally from the Raleigh/Durham area in North Carolina, Clay currently lives in Bremerton, across the pond from Seattle. He has a lovely partner who rocks his world with her kindness, laughter, and wisdom. His family also includes a son (5), a daughter (28), and a chocolate lab, Obi Wan. Clay has been shaped by a wild ride so far in this life.
