Thanksgiving Vespers
Every year at The Seattle School, our community gathers around a table to share a meal, exploring together what it means to be a people marked and formed by gratitude. Thanksgiving and the emerging holiday season holds so much for many of us. While fond and jovial memories surface for many of us, others quickly picture the awkward and tense conversations that accompany going home for the holidays. In the midst of such a season and all that is happening in our world, what does it mean to hold gratitude?
Anamchara and Sacred Space invite you to our annual Thanksgiving Vespers where we will enjoy cider, soup, and pie as well as space to hear from voices from our community on what gratitude means to them. This is always such a special evening, and we hope to see you there!
