The Seattle School Preview: Community Rhythms

Our summer Preview event will focus on the “Rule of Life”—or regular practice—that takes place in our learning community. We hope to recognize the significance of simply being and celebrate divine presence in all things.

Come spend the evening engaging with the rhythms of our community at The Seattle School. This gathering is for anyone hoping to understand what learning looks like in our red brick building. Whether you’re already an enrolled student, are hopeful to start this fall, or are just curious about who we are, we’d love to have you at this summer Preview event!

We hope you join us to hear from these members of our learning community:

Kate Davis, Director of Resilient Leaders Project (MDiv ’15)
Matthias Roberts, LMHCA, Assistant Instructor (MACP ’18, MATC ’17)
Melissa Deeken, Student, MA in Theology and Culture
Zach Spoerl, Student, MA in Counseling Psychology

Join us for light refreshments and dialogue with students, instructional team, and staff about what is stirring, exciting, and challenging in their day-to-day work and lives. Get to know our learning community while we reflect together on the act of doing simple, good work.

An optional tour of the building is available before the event at 3:15pm. Just show up early if you want to join the tour.
