Queena Brown

With more than 20 years of leadership experience across operations, human resources, finance, technology, and organizational development, Queena is a people-centered leader passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and grace. She currently serves as Senior Director of Administration and Operations and has held executive leadership roles focused on aligning people, strategy, and operations to help organizations grow and thrive. Her work has centered on building strong operational foundations, developing leaders and teams, navigating organizational change, and fostering cultures rooted in integrity, accountability, collaboration, and purpose.

Queena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration and has a deep love for people leadership. She believes leadership is not just about managing work, it is about developing people, stewarding influence well, and helping others recognize the gifts, strength, and purpose God has placed within them. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in her love for God and her desire to serve Him through the way she leads, speaks, builds, and encourages others.

For the past 13 years, Queena has volunteered with Tacoma Swish, a youth basketball development organization dedicated to serving youth and families throughout the Tacoma community. Her heart for the program goes far beyond basketball, it is about creating community, mentorship, structure, encouragement, and opportunities for young people to grow both on and off the court. Serving youth and families in the community has been one of the most meaningful parts of her leadership journey.

Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Queena loves everything connected to a body of water, whether it’s the ocean, a lake, river, pond, or even a puddle. She is an avid sports enthusiast who especially enjoys football, basketball, track, and gymnastics. She is blessed with a beautifully blended family of 11 children and 9 grandchildren, and she is a proud fur parent to two Havapoo pups named Dallas and Hoops.

One Love!
