Nicole Greenwald, MA, LMHC

Nicole Greenwald (she/her) is a gatherer, therapist, mystic, and artist guided and inspired by the belief that our need for human connection is enduring.

With over 15 years of clinical experience, Nicole’s therapeutic work is focused on trauma and abuse, complex PTSD, grief, identity, and the soulful dimensions of life such as creativity, spirit, and communion.

Alongside her clinical practice, Nicole has over 20 years of leadership experience in higher education and the non-profit sector. She brings this background into her consulting work with businesses, non-profits, and creatives, focusing on sustainability, social justice, and cooperative models of leadership and growth.

Nicole is the Founder & CEO of Shelterwood Collective, a cooperative dedicated to providing community, education, mentorship, and business services to healing practitioners. Shelterwood Collective exists to offer whole-person healing for collective well-being. Together, over 300 members serve individuals, relationships, families, and communities in the greater Seattle area and throughout Washington state through therapy, mental health counseling, coaching, bodywork, energy healing, and spiritual care. Rooted in a shared commitment to community as medicine, Shelterwood Collective offers gatherings, group work, workshops, continuing education, rituals, and retreats.

Nicole is a 2011 alumnus of The Seattle School’s Counseling Psychology program.
