Our home is a spacious converted fish cannery and luggage factory on Seattle’s historic waterfront. Right in the heart of Belltown, we’re half a mile from major Seattle icons—Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and the Gehry-designed Museum of Pop Culture. Winter 2024 Building Hours

The campus will be open on the following schedule:

Monday and Tuesdays: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm

Wednesday and Thursdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

(Closed Friday to Sunday, except for events.)

Traveling to Campus

From I-5 North

Use the Madison St. Exit and turn left (west) on Madison St. Proceed eight blocks and turn right (north) on Alaska Ave. Continue on Alaska for approximately fifteen blocks. Turn right (east) on Vine Street. Go one block and turn right (south) on Elliot Ave. The Seattle School is at the corner of Elliot and Wall St. There is street parking available and an unaffiliated pay lot across Elliot from the school’s main entrance.

From I-5 South

Take Mercer St. exit (167) and continue westbound on Mercer. Continue on Mercer for approximately half a mile and use the left 2 lanes to turn left (south) onto 5th Ave. Proceed five blocks and turn right (west-ish) onto Broad. Continue for thirteen blocks and turn left on Elliot Ave and The Seattle School is at the corner of Elliot and Wall St. There is street parking available and an unaffiliated pay lot across Elliot from the school’s main entrance.

About the Building

Built in 1910, the campus building of The Seattle School is a historic site (common name: Old Skyway Luggage Company).
