Romanita first joined the Board of Trustees at the invitation of former President Keith Anderson, DMin, and served for two terms. At the invitation of President J. Derek McNeil, PhD, she returned in 2020 to serve as a member for a third term.
Romanita has worked at the national and global level in the corporate, philanthropic, and nonprofit sector on a wide range of issues to include: child well-being, education equity, global technical skilling, domestic economic mobility, and global employability. She now serves as a Director at Microsoft with responsibility for leading a global skilling portfolio and as the President and Founder of MORE320, a nonprofit consulting company. A nationally-recognized thought leader, Romanita regularly speaks on issues related to poverty and child well-being, missional theology and spiritual formation, and the future of work and learning. She has a passion for and is deeply engaged in a variety of women’s ministries.
She holds an MBA from Eastern University of Philadelphia and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in organizational development and theology through Regent University. Romanita is also part of the preaching team in her local church.
